The Intelliflo 3 is Pentair’s flagship variable speed pump. Variable speed pumps have the ability to run at any speed usually up to 3400 rpms thus enabling people to set ideal water flow for waterfall, deck water features, heaters, salt systems, or other equipment that have sensitive flow switches or sensors that require a specific amount of flow to operate. Variable speed pumps when adequately setup also enable clients to reduce their total power bill. The 3 horsepower Intelliflo 3 has 2.5 inch inlet and outlet fittings and comes with reducers for 2 inch plumbing. It comes out of the box compatible with with Pentair external control automation systems.
